Hi, i've just brought a Sharp 32" LCD tv from currys, only the sound is really poor and the picture quality is a bit up and down too, we've tried to get use to it, but have decided after 2 days to return it for a replacement. However, the store manager is refusing to replace it saying there is nothing wrong with it and that we have opened the packaging, and its against there policy to exchange items that have been opened and used. I'm not happy! It cost £279 and i didn't imagine that this would happen. I have had some legal advice and I think i'm in the right, but just wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience? I'm told that they have to prove that there is nothing wrong with the tv not sure how this happens? There seems to be alot of reviews on the internet saying the sound quality is poor on this particular TV, wish we'd checked before hand.
