I've had my razor II for about two months. I didn't really want to get the razor II but it was the best and cheapest phone they had. I've heard a lot of people had problems with razor phones- I myself had issues with the first razor phone but i figured it's newer so maybe they fixed the glitches (ha)
Two days into getting my razor two I turned the phone off because i was going to sleep, i tried turning it on the next morning and it wouldn't turn on. I took it in and they gave me a new one free. Now two months later- it won't charge at all! I need to turn it off to try to save my battery so i can take it in and I know it isn't the charger because I plugged it into my old razor and it charged that one (even though none of the buttons work..) Do you think they will let me exchange it for a phone i can order offline? I have a two year contract and if the razor can't hold up two months then it will never hold up two years?
