I was charging my MP3 player, it began to flash up the start-up message about 15 times, so out of frustration I removed the USB, however, now the backlight is constantly on, I can't turn the mp3 player on or off and when I plug the mp3 player into the computer (i have tried 2 different computers and 2 different USB connectors) there is no effect.
Does anyone know how to fix this/has had a similar experience/knows where to find the user guide for this model?
