problems with nokia messaging?

I have a nokia e63 and i have tried to install nokia messaging to get my E.mails direct to my phone. The problem is that when i try to install my bt internet account it asks for a password which i put in then it validates for about 5 minutes and returns to ask for the password again. this goes round in circles constantly. Does anyone know if nokia messaging supports bt internet accounts or anything about this problem..many thanks
