I like my in-laws..i really do..my sister in law was my maid of honor and i will be her matron in her wedding...but they are the most self centered group of people I know. Everything is about THEM. Constantly. Everything is fine and dandy until something happens and interferes with their schedule or being. For example, my sister in law is moving this weekend..i found out last minute i have to run into work, which is 45 mins one way from where they are moving. I told them I need to run there for like an hour and then I will be back...now they are pissed at me because they have less ppl to help. They don't understand that I dont wanna go! That I have to drive out of the way! My husband agrees, but doesn't really do anything. I don't know what to do I can't ignore it. I dont wanna be the family who hates the in-laws. They live 10 mins from us and MY family lives 3 hours away...I feel like nothing can be said to fix any of this. HELP!!
