When I open the door to get in the car beeps constantly until you crank it...as if they lights were on or the key was still in the switch. There is nothing on to make this beeping sound.
Now when I try to use my key less entry, the light on the key comes on so I know the battery isn't dead, but it doesn't work on the car. Every once in a while it will work but not constantly. When trying to lock the doors with the auto door lock button on the door it will unlock, but not lock. The only way to lock the doors is to put manually push the door lock down.
Any ideas on what's going on before I have to take it the shop?
I haven't checked the fuses yet but that's my next step.
