Problems with Messenger

I have the Messenger (SCH-R450) and there are a few things that I don't like about the phone, but maybe you guys know a way around these things.

1. Can't block nurabers. My last Samsung phone had this option and I loved it.

2. It seems that you can't set up different folders to put your pictures in on your mem card. I have to look through 50 pictures to find the one I want. Please tell me the waay around this.

3. I have had my data services refreshed and sometimes it takes over 20 mins to get picture messages.

4. I have had my data services refreshed and it seems that people with Sprint can't get pics from me only text.
 
I called Samsung and I was told that I should be able to set up different folders to store pictures in, but after 30 min on the phone with them they couldn't tell me how. Anybody have an idea if this can be done with this phone or not?
