problems with keeping sex going?

I'm 16, my girlfriends 16, we have been having sex for a few months now and i notice that sometimes during it if i pull out for a minute or so and i turn soft a little bit, its so hard for me to get going again and get it back up, even though i havent even came or ejaculated. what could be the reason for this?! my girlfriend then gets mad because she thinks its her and that she cant turn me on, but its something else. only comment to help not to say that two 16yo's shouldnt be having sex
