problems with having installous and mobile theatre/dtunes at the same time?

okay so i just jailbroke my ipod 3.1.3 using spirit and when i try to install installous when i have dtunes and mobile theatre installed it gets rid of them or wont install vise versa
how can i fix this problem

Mine is doing this too and I don't want to restore my ipod. My only difference is that I have the 3.1.2 update. My installous gets deleted when I try to get mobile theatre. At least I know I'm not the only one. I guess re-jailbreaking would work but I don't want to lose everything.
