problems with GRAbit

I searched on google and found that my ISP does support newsgroups. then I got in alright. when I try to download a file, there is no purple bar on top of the green, my speeds are up to 15mbps and the save as .txt files(0kb). Any idea what to do? I've tried to download LOTR 2 specialedition and happy gilmore.

I've found that I can download asticles, but still no newsgroups. any help would be appreciated.

This is usually due to low retention. I suggest looking at the date of what you getting in the batch field and testing with something that is less than a day. Then you can find out what the limits or your server is. Generally most non payservers only have around 3 to 5 day retention. In some cases such as some dsl companys binaries arenet even available. What company do you have...
