Problems with big corporate restaurant-seeking legitimate legal advice?

I just recently left my job at a large chain restaurant. While employed there, I was on the recieving end of harsh harassment from co-workers, multiple times these events took place in front of shift managers as well as the general manager. One shift manager often verbally harrassed me as well. I also had my rear end slapped multiple times by the female shift manager ( I am also female) and my aprin un-tied. On one occassion I had my rear end slapped by a male co-worker, and he recieved no punishment, as he is openly (on both sides) sleeping with the general manager. I am currently missing a paycheck from them, it went missing a month before I left. I sent a letter of resignation to my general manager, after telling her via telephone that I could no longer work in such a hostile enviroment. In the letter, as well as on the phone, I asked that she please send my missing paycheck, as well as my last paycheck to my home address.. it has been over a month now, and I have not recieved anything. I plan on contacting their corporate office, but I need a little guidance? How much do I have against them? What level could I take this case to? Etc..?
