Has anybody else had any issues with AT&T during your Husbands deployment? I called them today after I realized that we were paying the same amount now that we normally pay when both lines are activated. I was told that it is policy that when the primary line is deactivated for deployment and only one other line remains on the family acct that line will be switched to a single line and charged whatever the lowest single plan is charged. In my case I'm being charged the same amount as if we were on our family plan. Last deployment they kept me on the family plan and simply deducted the $9.99 that was charged for the second line. I feel like I'm getting ripped off, and I'm pissed. If I would have been informed of this when I deactivated the other line I would have simply kept both lines on and gotten some use out of his phone. Anyone else feel that this is shady?
