Problems with 82

I have had a odd problem in the recent weeks. I can be watching HD and boom. No signal, searching....switch to a 91 signal and all is well. If i check transponders on 82 at that time everything comes back zero. Come back 15 minutes later and it works fine. Its really off and on. would this be a switch 21 problem, or LNB issue?
 
Bad cable/connection is usually the cause of this type of problem. Could be anywhere from the receiver to the LNB.
 
Just out of curiosity, since several posters recently have cited sat 82, I wonder if there is a problem with Bell "pushing the envelope" with this satellite? When it was launched it malfunctioned and recently Bell has lit up 5 transponders which were previously dark. It does have a backup satellite in the same orbital slot which is perhaps filling in the gaps. But could this be behind the 82 problems?

This is just idle speculation of course. Time will tell. It does, however, forewarn about potential challenges in launching any new HD signals.
