Problems with 2009 Honda Civic with only 1000 miles Please let me know what is wrong?

I got my car in August and starting in January I noticed a clicking noise from the front of my car that occured in drive or in park. The check engine light wasn't on so I assumed it must have been something else. It was an intermittent sound as well. I brought it back to the dealership and they found a few other things wrong with the car including the suspension. They weren't able to diagnose the sound. But they found that when I turned my wheel, there would be like a clicking/ popping sound so they changed the struts. After that they said there was problem with my axles and changed that as well. In the meantime, I continued to hear the clicking noise coming from the front of my car. I then reported it to the Honda company directly and they told me to take it for a diagnostic test and they weren't able to find any problems. I have heard the clicking from the front of the car less now that the weather is warmer so I am unsure if the cold had an effect on it. But after I brought my car for a diagnostic test, I have been experiencing popping noises again when I brake, gas up, and when I turn my wheel. All they ever tell me to do is to take it back to the dealership. The service department there is very rude and have not even taken my concerns seriously. Instead I feel that the problems get worst when I bring it back there. What is wrong with the car and should I ask to lemon it? What else can I do?
