Problems programming my phone to cricket...

I bought a Treoo 600 that is flashed to cricket on ebay.. and I can't figure out how to program it. Can somebody help me? This is what I don't understand.

"when you activate you need HEX and DEC both
Menu --- Option---Phone info
(you will get hex nuraber)
you need to change into DEC
Online lots of calculaters out there which change HEX to DEC and DEC to HEX

## 000000 dial
Once you activate you will get these two from cricket
MDN enter the phone nuraber
MIN enter programming nuraber"

I don't understand what to do, and yes I am a n00b in the PDA world. Help would be much appreciated.. :)

one more thing...I'm supposed to take it down to the cricket store and get my phone activated...then dial the #000000 to activate my phone? i don't get quite how that works.
 
#*#000000 is what you use to enter you phone, min and sid nurabers in.....once you have all that info in the phone...and the esn it switch you type this on the dial pad *228....and then it will program
