problems for 11 months

hi i wonder if anyone could advise me,been pooorly for almost a year now,it started with a sore throat then i started to get breathing difficulty,now it feels like my chest is swollen and my throat has swelled up inside,i have a gland in my throat that has been up for a while,also lumps in my mouth that have been there a while,2 days ago i went for tests results an ent specialist did on the lump gland in my throat,he said the lump was actually small,and was worried he may need to take it out,but he also said theres no sighns of tumours and doesnt think its cancerous,so he wants me to see an infectious disease specialist,ive also had a needle biopsy which he never mentioned i assumed it would have come back clear with him not mentioning it,i feel constantly drained and my head feels foggy and dizzy have a constant ringing loudly in my right ear,and seem to not like the light verry much,ive had many tests done too blood tests,and a few chest x-rays,i feel verry weak and have started to get pain in my chest and shoulders,ive seen a breathing specialist and the said my lungs are fine,i feel so ill all the time and my throat feels so swollen,i cant sleep propperly,and feel like im dying im so ill,i kept getting fobbed off by the hospital and my gp and i have changed them once allready,ive been to the hospital and my gp many times and it wasnt until i payed for private consultation with the ent specialist i got those tests on the lump done,i hope someone can offer me some advice i dont know what else to do fed up of forever bieng fobbed off. thanks spearzy.
