Hello, I use Sprint and have a Samsung restore. The tab at the bottom of my phone for messaging has yahoo e-mail included. I also have a special tab just for yahoo services that I placed next to my messaging tab. I can normally get to yahoo mail through either very easily, just by clicking. The last week, every option in both tabs work, EXCEPT for the option in both tabs to go to yahoo mail. NEITHER one works all of the sudden. I have tried everything. I have removed the tabs then added them back to the carousel. I have turned the phone off and back on. I have reset all changes made to the phone. Removed the battery, looked up information online- but cannot find anything. Can anyone give any suggestions as to how I can make those links work once again? In messaging, it still tells me how many e-mails I have, and my inbox appears to be filling up rather quickly. I can scroll down to e-mail option still, click, and absolutely nothing happens. Same on yahoo tab.
