Problem with wireless adapter or access point?

I have a windows 7 computer using wireless internet and i am encounter problems with my internet. This happens a few time throughout the day. when i try to open the internet it doesn't work it says to troubleshoot problem so i run the set up and it works after but its annoying because it happens quiet a bit throughout the day every time it say there is a problem with the wireless adapter or access point. I'm just wondering if there is a way to fix it because it is starting to get really annoying .please help
