Problem with Watch: Chronograph seconds hand resets at 58 seconds?

Hi!

I have just bought a watch and noticed this. The Chrono works ok, but when I hit reset, it goes to 58 seconds instead of 60.

Is this normal? Or should I go and have it fixed.
