Ok so ive been having a problem with my voice mail in my Samsung eternity 1st one . Not the second version . So I tried to check my voice mail but it keeps giving my old ones and it tells me I have a new unread one and i know i do . At the end of one old voice mail it tells me the options if I try to press lets say one for more options . I cant do it . I don't know how more like it . Since its touch screen , you cant press the number one . How can I "press" one or any number to do the option I want . I cant keep getting reminded of that voicemail it bugs me when it keeps popping in so please helpp !
