I started classes with University of Phoenix on June 15th. I asked my financial aid advisor today how much longer will it take to receive my excess funds from my loan & pell grant. Two weeks ago the rep. told me about 8 days, now today they're telling me about two more weeks. Can someone tell me how long it should take, or if you went to UoP how long it took you to receive your excess funds? By the way the funds are supposed to be coming though by direct deposit to my bank account.... I haven't received an award letter or anything in the mail about my excess funds.
