Problem with TX and Hotsync Tom Tom GPS

Hi, i bought a Palmone GPS navigator model 3207NA.
When i hotsync i get this message in the LOG.
Unable to create handheld database. SyncCreateDB returned 4019.
HotSync Exchange synchronization failed
Protocol Error: The requested command is not supported (4019)

Any ideas?

Hi you guys are lucky to get this thing to work

I am trying to install a GPS navigator on my TX, aand all i'm getting are messages

"setup internal problem (2) cannot run conduit, must reinstall etc.
I unistalled and reinstalled 5 time over. That is all I get

What is the software you are trying to install? Is it for the TX?
