Alright i got this phone and it was locked to cingular so i used paupa utilities to unlock the phone.
All is working fine now and i want to upgrade the firmware from v34 to v58 i tried using the winswup32 updating tool BUT after a while it said cannot connect to mobile(after the transfer began)
Well then i used x65flasher and changed the bootcore model from s66 to s65. i tried the firmware updating tool again and again it says " Aborting due to transmission error" I skipped the precheck and all the other stuff.
I really want to upgrade the firmware and need to know how.
Oh and to unlock the phone from paupautils i used flash and checked PAUSE and RECALCULATE KEYS IN FLASH.
But it still does not work. I am wondering whether i totally corrupted the bootcore and need to replace it. Someone PLEASE help me.
