I was wondering if anybody out there knows what could be wrong with my Sanyo Zio. So about a week ago i bought it off craigslist it was working fine then today i got a notification saying "new updates available" i clicked ok the its started downloading then it turned off and wouldnt even boot up so now it just turns on and stays on the Sanyo screen and i cant even access anything what can i do to fix it?. Thanks in advance for your help.
