Okay so I got the sanyo incognito by sprint a few weeks ago, and had to return it to get a replacement, because my text messages in the inbox would show the persons number like this +555-555-555 rrather than the name, and after responding to the person through their number it will eventually come up with an error of "Network Error, msg saved as failed. Cause Code 1." My replacement phone has the same issue. I talked to Sprint Techs last night and they said the + shows that contact has been added to my phone book, but I got txts from ppl that I havent added yet and they have the + .... I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue of getting the persons number with a plus instead of theri name in the inbox and if anyone has been experiencing this code 1 error. I am getting fustrated. I don't know whether to return the phone and wait till sprint releases new phones this year or whether their is an easy fix for this situation.
