Problem with R4 : Unable to load data. Turn the power off and reinsert the game card?

Hey, I tried downloading the game Yu-Gi-Oh world championship 2010 reverse of arcadia, however each time I try to play the game on my R4 the game won't work and it says: “Unable to load data. Turn the power off and reinsert the game card”. So, I tried to update my kernel to 1.18 but still my game does not work... so could anyone please help me???
