A few days ago my Virgin TV service cut out and ever since I haven't been able to get the HD service I'm paying for.
After an engineer visited (I wasn't in to challenge him on this) said that my TV was broken, that if you pull out the HDMI cable while the TV is on it breaks the port.
However the service stopped working before I had touched anything unfortunately I don't have any other devices I can connect to the TV via this port to test it.
Is this a genuine issue with my TV or is it a problem with the Box/signal>
