problem with my poetry, need help!!!?

ok so here's my problem, i love poetry, i read it all the time, and its been my dream since i was a little kid to become a great poet.....and its like i got all these great ideas to write about...but when i try to,i don't know where to start, i want to rhyme but yet i want to say so much i cant keep it in the bounds of a rhyme scheme...i write some story's and a lot of songs and im very creative but i just cant seem to write poetry!! and it hurts me so much that i cant cause that's my biggest dream!!!

what should i do?

has anyone had this problem?

and what would you rather read free verse or a poem that rhymes?

and what would you rather listen to on stage free verse or rhymes?

ok. personally, to answer your questions, just write. write what you feel, and then worry about it. poems don't always have to rhyme. just do it. write whatever you want. and also, if you read other peoples poems, and ask for help from a lot of people, it'll work!
