Problem with my N91!!! need help

well i got my N91 about 4 months ago

everything was working fine
now the keypad is messed

when i press the end button "9" shows up
and when i press 4 "#" shows up

i did some search on google and here and have found nothing
any ideas?
i did a master reset and upgraded software via nokia software updater
and nothing worked need help!

That's wierd issue, never heard of it before. It sounds like HW issue than FW. Try to contact the seller to see if you can exchange it.

Could it be stucked keys? Or your keypad is shot and may need to be replaced.

i opened the phone everything looks fine and it cant be stuck keys that doesnt make sence

It is defective(HW) & the only option is to send it to the manufacturer and get it fixed.

they sent it back nothing was done they said it was working...
