...plz!? I have received this message on my blackberry and it tells me step 1 is to go to the email client which is hotmail for me on the computer, and go under tools or mail and then go to preferences, but I went to the hotmail account on the computer, and I cannot find anywhere anything that says tools or mail. I even went to the right top of my internet opening page that says tools, but there no link to go to preferences.
P.S. I even researced online to find a solution and some people say that I can go under tools to accounts or account, but when I click tools on the internet page (not mentioning looking for tools on the hotmail page, which I cannot find), there's still nothing that says accounts or account even to click on and continue maybe to preferences or step 2 selecting my email account and then step 3 locating advanced, server settings or options, etc......plz help!!!
