I usually charge my MP3 player on my computer. But lately, it just won't charge the device. When I click the bubble that pops up stating that the device is not recognized, I click 'Unknown Device'. It brings up a menu, and in Device status it states, 'No drivers are installed for this device.' Any help? My Mp3 player has been dead for nearly a month now and I'm literally pulling my hair out trying to find a solution!
