Problem with Image viewing N95!!!

hi everyone.

on my nokia N95 i goto Gallery>images &videos.... it shows EVRY thing in there and its really annoying because i have TOMTOM installed and it shows each map like 300 differnt pictures, and all i wanna do is look at the pictures i have recieved via bluetooth or pictures taken by camera etc, not TOMTOM maps or MSN smiles :S

is the any way to sort this out or is this sumthing i just have to live with? (god forbit )

Unfortunately the gallery will automatically show everything. You'll have to hide them yourself.

Scan around your card with a file explorer and see where those tom tom maps, etc. are, and then you have two options:

1) This is the easiest way if you have alot of pictures to hide (assuming they're saved to the memory card). In mass storage mode on your PC (or memory card reader), go to the pictures you want hidden and highlight all of them. Then right click on any of the highlighted files, and select properties. Check "hidden" under attributes, then apply. Done.

2) You can also hide the pictures using Y-Browser or X-plore which is useful if the pictures are stored in the phone memory or only have a few to hide. In Y-Browser, go to the picture you want hidden, hit options/file/attributes. In X-plore, go to menu/file/attributes. Done.
