When I try to use either the ac or heat in my car, the first 2 levels do not blow out any air. For any air to come out, I have to set to level 3 of the Red-Blue dial and the air blasts like it normally would on level 3. Right when I take the heat or ac back down to levels 2 or 1 the air turns off! What is my car doing?! Is it some kind of sensor gone bad, or is it loose wiring, or is there a switch that might be broken?
