problem with email setup on nokia messaging email on 5800 xpress music?

From past 3 days i have been trying to setup email address on my nokia 5800 device when i go to setup after giving my email address and password a place came where it ask me to write nokia messaging username and password i dont know what to write there i have tried many things but failed
