I just got a motorola clutch i465 with boost mobile yesterday, and for some reason, whenever I try to set up a voice mail account, the animated voice asks for my first and last name. The problem is, When I say my name (LOUD AND CLEAR) She keeps saying "invalid entry." I don't know where to go from here, and don't want to have to contact customer service yet. Does anyone know if they charge you for calling them, BTW? Anyways, if anyone knows what's going on, please let me know.
