Hi, I am trying to pair my laptop with my mobile phone, but when I go to the bluetooth devices setting on my laptop and click "Turn discovery on" I get an error message which reads "The following settings were not saved: Discoverability settings, Connection settings.
Also, when I go to the "Add Bluetooth device Wizard" after a search it says no device could be found, and I should make sure bluetooth radio is attached. Also, I have definitely switch on the bluetooth on my phone.
I know my bluetooth is switched on because the light is on, and my laptop is connected wirelessly.
Can anyone help, and perhaps tell me how to check my bluetooth radio is attached.
I am using a Dell Inspiron d600 with Windows xp pro.
Any help would be great.
