I got a new samsung fascinate phone from verizon about 4 months ago. I have already had to get them to replace the first one because it kept freezing up. Well now the 2nd one is messing up even worse. So my question is can I request a different brand of phone with verizon without having to pay for a whole other phone since the samsung fascinate has so many problems. I also have insurance and a extended warranty
