I purchased this phone from someone on craigslist.org but when I purchased I didn't think anything was wrong with it until I left and got home. When I turn it on, it shows a picture of the phone with an exclamation point in a triangle. I have looked all over the internet for what this could be and the best that I could find is that it needs an update. I have looked EVERYWHERE for the update but they've all been pulled.....CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!! I REALLY WANT TO FIX THE PHONE BUT DON'T WANT TO SPEND HUNDREDS SENDING IT TO HTC. PLEASE HELP ME!!
