1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, there is a noise coming from under the dash, behind the glovebox, near as I can tell. Sounds like the blower is cycling between all the different vent locations. It does this with the heater/ac on or off. All the heater/ac modes still, but the noise is very annoying, any ideas?
