problem to unfreeze all samsung 3G

I have tried to unlock a many samsung 3G with UMTS but can't do ! allways It dispalys:

Check serial communication with phone. Wait
Serial COM.-NG

please what does this mean and how to solve this problem and make a phone communicate well with My PC ?
 
how did you solve this problem
i have one whith same problem
any help would be gratful
