Whenever I try to play a video on my computer, the video cuts out after about 10 seconds. I've had this problem on YouTube, Newgrounds, and other sites as well.
This isn't the only problem. If I download, say, a music file, the downloaded file skips.
It's driving me insane and I have no idea how to go about fixing it.
I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
