Well this is a rarity for me. Usually i have no trouble at all sleeping. its kind of hard to explain so i will do my best.
I will be sitting there trying to go to sleep.. and right when im feeling like i could be getting to the point where i fall asleep.
I get a sensation that starts in my stomach and radiates out to my whole body.
Its like a tingling/wave thing.
Its very strange and has cost me this last nights sleep. countless times i tried to go to sleep but i just could not push past that point.
I have been taking alot of IB proufen lately and did not take any today. that could be a reason.. but im not sure.
any tips would be much apreciated.
