i used to have Rogers Pay As You Go account. I could send messages through Yahoo messenger to my own phone.
I changed the plan to a normal one a month ago. I cannot receive messages from Yahoo anymore.
Funny thing is that there are 3 more people on the same Family Plan that I am and they can receive messages from Yahoo and even reply to them.
I called Rogers Technical Support. After like and hour, they said they had no idea why this was happening and that they were not responsible for it.
When I put my number, it says:
+1778*******will receive your messages on a mobile device.
But this is the error I get when I try to send the messages through Yahoo:
Phone number +1778*******cannot receive SMS messages at this time.
ANY IDEAAS??? PLEAASE???
