Problem: Phone does not identify video files.

My W810i is unable to detect the 3GPP files on my memory stick. The stick is made by SD and is 1GB. The files are on the memory stick but the videos do not appear when I go to the "My Stuff", "Video" menu. Any help is appreciated.
