Problem opening door to Siemens 12D52 Washer Dryer?

it sounds like you have a problem with a relay in the unit.....try unpluging it and waiting for a few seconds then replug it ......if this dont work call a service company to look at it
 
I'm having a problem trying to open the door. The cycle has 1 minute left and will not finish. I can't seem to complete the cycle or open the door.

I tried pressing all of the buttons and holding them down for 10 secs. There isn't an unlock button. Only a start/pause button and a few other buttons like one for a pre-wash or intensive wash.

I have even tried changing the cycle but to no effect. Please help.
 
Just in case the above users info doesn't help, most front load washers have a removeable front panel. Screws would be either on the bottom or the sides. Once you've removed the panel, you should see a release latch to pull that will unlock your door.
