I'm having a problem trying to open the door. The cycle has 1 minute left and will not finish. I can't seem to complete the cycle or open the door.
I tried pressing all of the buttons and holding them down for 10 secs. There isn't an unlock button. Only a start/pause button and a few other buttons like one for a pre-wash or intensive wash.
I have even tried changing the cycle but to no effect. Please help.
