hello i have received iphone show in lcd iphone disactivate like in the pic ,,

i can t jailbreak it using spirit.exe also i can t restore it with i tune please can somone help me
 
Your I-Phone is locked with password image as mustard, you need to restore in iTunes with the firware 3GS then activates it with the chip of Origin
 
If it`s disabled then you have to restore it, but you can`t restore with 3.1.3 unless you have SHSH and/or old bootrom. If it was jailbroken and you had afc2add on it, you could take the password off, but in your case, no. If you want to recover it, then yu`ll have to restore it with firmware 4.0 because Apple took out the ability to recover version 3.1.3 for 3GS. Hopefully you have your SHSH`s saved on Saurik`s server (Cydia) and you can restore it safely to 3.1.3.
 
i can t restore it with 3.1.3 also with 4.0 ,, and if i restore it with 4.1 how can i unlock it ??,
 
my problem is i can t know witch firmware version and baseband in my iphone . how can i do to read version ??,
