problem during flash ZV10

hi to all
i have samsung ZV10 with restart problem, i try to flash it with ZV10 downloader, but problem that i always got error on this adress of flash 0xdf8800 / 0x245f800 (in modem part) so welcome to all advice from members. the phone is new and custommer got problem suddenly when he make call.
is it a hardware problem? if yes what can I do?
also if it is a software problem, is there any chance to make this phone working.

i have UFS_HWK but she doesn't support this model for flashing or unlocking, actualy i am using ZV10 downloader and SUS public, but no succes always error in the same adress of modem part, with SUS i can't flash my phone, what can I do? if anyone have anything he is welcome
