can anyone help please i use nero a lot to burn data dvds / cds
as of yesterday we had a problem where i can still burn data cd but it wont burn data dvds. when i attempt to burn data onto a dvd
it states estimated time to burn the disc nearly 5 mins but it only does about 10% in that time and comes up burn process failed
i have tried about 10 times now and i'm still getting the same problem. can any one help me plz
