problem about sylord,s language tools

can anybody tell me how to use skylord's language tools? i need to change application menu to my language(turkish) but there is no information about using it.

OK.
Open the skylord program file.
Choose the turkish.lng
push on decompile
save the decomplied file to a new file.
Now U got an *.ldb file.
Open it with a text editor.
Adjust mess.max.ID to the wanted number (eg. from 2175 to 2286)
Put strings according to the selected mess.max.ID number.
eg. String 2280 "Function 60"

Save file.
Open the skylord program file.
Choose compile and select the adjusted *.ldb
Save the created *.lng to a new file.
Upload file to phone.
